About Bee
Oyabiyi Ajinaku, also known as Bee, is a real estate broker in the Chicagoland area. She began her career as a leasing agent after a quick phone call from a friend she worked with in the past. The curiosity for real estate quickly snowballed.
Realizing she had a passion for real estate from a development perspective, she went on to broker’s school to get her license. Since then she’s assisted countless investors with purchasing flip projects and long term investments.
This led her to a partnership opportunity to pursue major developments throughout Chicago with her development firm in the South Loop.

Bee's dedication to customer service is evident as her clients continue to work with her time and time again.
Many of Bee's clients continue to work with her from getting their first apartment to their first investment property.
Bee consults investors about the best use of their capital to gain generous returns. Even in a tough market, she continues to create opportunities for value added flips to cash flowing commercial buildings.
Bee continues to educate homeowners and investors alike through seminars and networking events about how to prepare and navigate the industry.
With her vast knowledge of the real estate market, team of contractors, architects, lending partners and attorneys Bee is a powerful asset to help you address your real estate needs.

Although Bee does have a large base of investors, she loves assisting new homeowners in finding their dream home.
Bee coaches investors on what to look for in a house - not just the beauty of it - and how to maintain it. Her team doesn’t shy away from tough situations either.
